Natalie Blomer is Cincinnati born and raised and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Natalie has special memories of going to her local donut spot as a kid, which led her to start baking there in 2012.
Once she had seven years of sprinkles and fritters under her belt, she launched the Blossim Donuts food truck in 2019.
In 2021, her dream of a permanent storefront became a reality—the culmination of years of hard work, early mornings, and a deep passion for the industry.
Blomer + Ossim Blomer is her dad's family name and Ossim is her mom's family name—blending the two together to bring you Blossim Donuts.

Before we had a storefront, we had four wheels and a fryer. Our food truck is where the Blossim story began, and it's still out here bringing fresh, nut-free donuts to events across the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.

Our dedicated staff will serve (or sell) donuts and beverages to your guests directly from the window for your designated timeframe.

The best part? Any leftover donuts at the end of your event are safely boxed up and sent right home with you.
